ANIMO: Look Closer — A Little Nature Journal

Sometimes the most interesting discoveries are right in front of us.

This free, one-page nature journal encourages children to slow down, explore their surroundings and notice the small details of the living world. With space for observations, sketches and questions, it's a simple way to nurture curiosity — whether in a garden, park or school playground.

A second page provides guidance for KS2 teachers, including practical suggestions for leading the activity, encouraging observation and connecting it to the science curriculum.

Inspired by ANIMO: Awakening, but designed to be enjoyed independently.
